**Residential package units and mini-split units will be a combined visit in the Spring

What are the benefits of HVAC maintenance?

WARRANTY:

  • Extended 5-year labor warranty on all service repairs

  • Labor warranty will match new HVAC equipment manufacturer’s warranty

  • System must be serviced annually to keep warranty. If not performed by Simply Efficient, records from registered contractor will need to be provided

  • Warranties are subject to active membership status with no lapse in dues

  • “Acts of Nature” or homeowner negligence as defined by Simply Efficient’s are not covered under warranty
