1. General Business Details Simply Efficient Heating & Air Conditioning provides HVAC services
exclusively to residential clients, including diagnostics, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
2. Services Provided
● Diagnostic Services: Furnace, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Thermostat, Mini Split.
● Installation/Replacement Services: Furnace, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Thermostat, Mini
Split, Ductwork, Indoor Air Quality.
● Repair Services: Furnace, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Thermostat, Mini Split.
Services Not Covered: DIY systems or systems not installed by a licensed HVAC company will not be
eligible for repairs or service.
3. Payment Terms
● Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
● Accepted payment methods include credit cards and debit cards.
● A 50% deposit is required for all installations.
4. Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a
$35 cancellation fee.
● No-shows or missed appointments may also incur additional charges.
5. Warranty Details
● Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty: Covers labor and craftsmanship for the equipment’s lifetime.
This warranty is available for installations if the homeowner chooses to receive a Lifetime
Craftsmanship Warranty, and it applies specifically to the installed equipment and related
workmanship provided by Simply Efficient Heating & Air Conditioning.
● Warranty Exclusions: Warranty may be voided in cases of negligence or vandalism.
● Trip Fee: If a homeowner requests a service visit believing the issue is related to our installation
or HVAC equipment, and our team determines that the issue is unrelated to our work or
equipment, a $99 diagnostic fee will be applied.
6. Liability Limitations Simply Efficient Heating & Air Conditioning is not liable for:
● Negligence caused by the homeowner or tenant.
● Theft or vandalism.
● Damages caused by adverse weather conditions.
7. Homeowner Responsibilities
● Homeowners must ensure clear and safe access to the HVAC equipment for servicing and
installing.
● At least one adult (18+) must be present during the service.
8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through
binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
By proceeding with any services provided by Simply Efficient Heating & Air Conditioning, the homeowner
acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
